A: Normally it is Internet issue. Pls unplug the power of your router, wait for 3 mins and plug again

A: If it is new black model, pls turn on WIFI in the settings, then it will work. You can connect to Internet by Ethernet, but WIFI should turn on. For white box, pls contact us
